How to permanently delete your Sugurr account and data

Delete Your Account Yourself

You can delete your Sugurr account at any time, from the website or the mobile app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

  • On the website: log in, then go to Account Settings → Delete Account and confirm with your password.
  • In the mobile app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm with your password.

You will be asked to log in first to verify your identity.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile and all personal information
  • Your photos and videos
  • Your messages and connections
  • Any active subscription (cancelled immediately)

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can't Access Your Account?

If you can no longer log in, or you want to request deletion of some of your data without deleting your account, email us at help@sugurr.com from the email address associated with your account, and we will process your request.
